REAL ESTATE BROKER / OFFICE ADMIN

REQUIRED:-
1- Real estate Broker
2- Office Admin ( Female )

We are looking for individuals with excellent sales and leasing skills, willing to work as a Real Estate broker and Office admin ( femail ) with real estate knowledge and experience.

Criteria for applying this post:

Minimum 1 Year Experience in DUBAI Real Estate Market.

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

Fluency on English

Motivated and self-driven.

Independent, hardworking and presentable.

Articulate and excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

Approachable and knowledgeable of Dubai market.

Outstanding customer service and ethics

Having Driving licence, own vehicle and RERA BROKER CARD is an added advantage ( for Broker )

Admin Responsibilities:-

• Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with Developers , Landlords , Real Estate Brokers, and Freelance Property Consultants who can help bring newer clients and Property.

• Assisting real estate agents with paperwork and administrative tasks.

• Must have expertise on property CRMs (Brokerpad) and listing portals Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder.

• Generate Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Communicating with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Updating and maintaining real estate databases and systems.
• Handling other administrative duties as assigned.
