Description

We are looking for a PRO having hands-on experience working with businesses set up across the GCC countries.

Salary: AED 6000 – 8000/Month.

Job Responsibility

1. Understanding the regulatory environment to set up the business in GCC countries.

2. Obtaining the approval for Business License from the governing body.

3. Obtaining approval for the special requirements mandate in each GCC country.

4. Knowledge about Occupational Health and Safety requirements

5. Knowledge about protecting intellectual property and Agencies

6. Satisfying the Labour Requirements of each GCC countries

7. Knowledge about company formation factors across the GCC region

8. Knowledge about basic legal forms and their importance

9. Knowledge about the potential forms of foreign ownership in the GCC

10. Understanding of the legal forms of the ownership

Requirements

1. Open to travel all over the Gulf countries.

2. MS Office skills.

3. 2-3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record.

4. Good written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
