About the role
An experienced Project Coordinator, who thrives in fast-paced environments and inspires our team members to keep them focused and running smoothly. In this role, you would take the lead of our projects and provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions for the launch and then operations of the first digital hospitality academy in the world. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination and management, a working or study background in Hospitality and knowledge of Education technologies. Working across many different departments, this role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a pro-active attitude, and a good team ethic to unify a common vision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities, resources, and information.
- Providing assistance with business development, including coordinating, tracking, and writing project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
- Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time and deadlines are met.
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a project through from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with senior project staff and stakeholders.
- Competency in Project Management tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Bonus Points (preferred qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related experience.
- Knowledge of Education technologies.
