Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek out new opportunities in the market and develop leads to expand our customer base both B2B and B2C
• Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle objections and rejections gracefully, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and continuous engagement with our brand.
• Collaborate with the tailoring team to provide regular feedback on customer preferences, patterns, and overall business performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of our tailor-made fashion offerings, including fabrics, styles, and customization options.
Requirements :
• Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the fashion or other lifestyle businesses
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers and understand their needs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring accurate measurements and efficient customer service.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, always seeking new market opportunities and strategies to grow sales.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Interest in fashion trends and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Proficiency in using technology and software for sales and customer relationship management.
