The ideal candidate should have a strong background in suits tailoring and possess excellent sales skills to effectively promote our products and meet sales targets.

· The Salesperson will play a crucial role in discovering new market opportunities, generating leads, and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

· Responsibilities:

1. Proactively seek out new opportunities in the market and develop leads to expand our customer base both B2B and B2C

2. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Handle objections and rejections gracefully, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and continuous engagement with our brand.

5. Collaborate with the tailoring team to provide regular feedback on customer preferences, patterns, and overall business performance.

• 6. Develop a deep understanding of our tailor-made fashion offerings, including fabrics, styles, and customization options.

Skills

1. Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the fashion or other lifestyle businesses

2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers and understand their needs.
