What You’ll Do
- Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce service cloud to enable the best customer experience and contact center efficiencies across the business.
- Using best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Work on Salesforce automation (Process builder/Flows) to streamline business processes
- Drive digital transformation for customer touchpoints, leveraging Digital engagement in the service cloud.
- Work cross-functionally with product teams and manage multiple stakeholders’ expectations, facilitate business requirements and develop solutions for the teams
- Day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce clouds
- Build key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity using Salesforce shield.
- Recommend new features and improvements to drive efficiency and grow the use of the platform.
- Maintain overall documentation of the salesforce implementation, business processes, and customer journeys.
What Are We Looking For?
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Implementation & Development.
- Certified salesforce professional
- Proven Experience in Service and Marketing Cloud
- A background in CRM process design and implementations
- Ability to review current business processes and re-engineer it to fully utilize SF Clouds.
- Ability to lead on SF Documentation and Developing training material.
- Proven Experience in handling Data Migration Projects
- A strong grasp of process builder flows, WhatsApp integration, Telephony integration (preferably Genesys), and experience in automation in the contact center domain is a must.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Integrations and coding (APEX, Java etc.)
- Expert understanding of Salesforce integration options
