What You’ll Do
- Create and develop video content for social media
- Storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for projects
- Work independently, as well as assist the reporting manager to establish project deliverables
- Reserve and rent equipment
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
- Manage video library
- Assist with scheduling content to be published on social media at ideal times
- Assist with monitoring the social media channels and activity
What Are We Looking For?
- An enthusiastic and creative storyteller with a passion for content creation and a strong interest in the social and digital space
- The candidate should have experience working with a mirrorless camera and camera equipment
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Experienced as a content creator, comfortable in front of the camera, with knowledge of what performs well and what doesn’t
- Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates
- Proven record of creating content that performed well and generated high engagement
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
