A leading distributor of mobile technology products is actively recruiting a Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Managing the Supply Chain Project Team
• Holding a project-level plan that shows the workstream dependencies, project-level activities, and critical path
• Holding key planning and monitoring tools such as risks, dependencies, decisions, and actions so that plans are controlled
• Holding an overall view of stakeholder engagement and ensuring that all parties are appropriately engaged
• Leading the engagement for certain groups
• Coordinating the Project Board series to ensure meetings are well-organized and provide maximum value to the attendees and the project.
• Working closely with the SCO Finance Lead to ensure there is a method for tracking project finances and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Ensuring that all required project documentation is completed on time and in line with required standards.
• Developing and implementing safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Due to Emiratization, only UAE Nationals will be considered for this role.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
• Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
• Familiar with Supply Chain systems & processes
• Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
• Attention to detail, creative with good problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
