Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Marketing & Ecommerce Executive to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Providing marketing, operational and administrative support in the planning, executing and evaluating of all marketing initiatives, ensuring all strategic and commercial objectives are exceeded.
- In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, he/she is responsible for Directing, organizing and implementing the regional e-commerce strategic plan.
- Supporting the team in developing and executing cross-platform audience engagement and owned channel marketing programs to help drive conversion.
- Ensuring online product catalogues (content and pricing) are maintained and optimized, along with current brand campaign material, across all online platforms.
- Collaborate in yearly communication planning.
- Track and stay on top of market trends.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferably with some marketing/ digital marketing qualifications or training.
- 3 years + in marketing/e-commerce within FMCG, F&B and hospitality industry; Agency experience is preferable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Able to multitask several projects at the same time.
- Detailed, organized and resourceful.
- Energetic, forward thinker and possesses the ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Ability to work hard, meet tight deadlines and without close supervision.
