Kinetic Hiring for Financial Accountant Job at Dubai Full Time

A leading multinational chemical company in the UAE is actively recruiting for a Financial Accountant to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Assisting the Finance Manager in obtaining bank facilities, banking relations & credit facilities.
• Maintaining general ledgers.
• Posting of supplier invoices.
• Disbursing petty cash by recording entries and verifying documentation.
• Preparing weekly bank reconciliation statement and ensure reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner.
• Payment of vendors, scheduling and preparing cheques.
• Following up and receiving Vendor statements and reconciling vendor accounts.
• Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Preferably female candidate.
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder. Preferably Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance. CA or CIMA Certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages such as MS Dynamics Business Central, SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
