One of the leading Medical Devices companies is actively recruiting a Customer Service & Logistics Representative to be based in Dubai, UAE

Key aspects of the role include:
- Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
- Managing the Order to Cash process
- Analysing monthly backlog
- Working with other departments (Sales, QRC and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of order to cash activities
- Responding to internal and external customers enquiries
- Supporting the team in resolving customer issues
- Following the company SOPs and making sure that local and global polices are followed
- Bridge between freight forwarders, factories, and customers
- Coordinating with freight forwarders
- Escalate the issues to Supervisor
- Maintaining filing systems and updating all internal files in a timely manner
- Complying with regulatory authorities
- Handling and resolving queries from Customers, Sales, Finance and QRC Team
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; and 2-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Experience in customer service (Order to Cash) and logistics
- Strong knowledge on SAP, Incoterms, Letter of Credit, MS Office
- Experience working with Multinational companies
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Must be able to write professional business emails and letters
- Good computer skills and proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good leadership and management skills
