The Brand marketing manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.Continuously seek innovative ways to improve brand visibility, engagement, and performance.Campaign DevelopmentLead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Oversee the creation of compelling and effective marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and promotional assets.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and consumer preferences.Digital MarketingCollaborate with digital media agencies to plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), SMS, and online advertising.Stay updated on digital marketing trends, work with agencies to optimize online presence and user experience to drive engagement and conversions.Partner with E-commerce team to align on communication of launches and experience.Collaborate with CRM team to analyze customer date and work to enhance customer experience by identifying opportunities for more personalized marketing strategies.Ensure CRM activities are aligned with business priorities and key launches. Team LeadershipLead and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Set clear goals and objectives, regularly evaluating team performance, and providing constructive feedback.Encourage professional development and growth within the marketing team.Skills & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the beauty or consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools…Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to problem-solve.Strategic ThinkingProject Management: ability to guide projects through completion, set reasonable timelines and adhere to them.Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical tools to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make informed decisions.
