Requirements:

• Excellent English Speaking Skills with Arabic Mother Tongue/ Russian, Chinese, any language is welcome to apply
• Sharp memory and superb study skillset
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Demonstrated experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection especially with irate customers
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus and note useful information
• Call Center experience is an advantage.
• Dubai Real Estate Experience is an advantage.
