About the Role
The Director of Rental Management, Private Homes is responsible for the management of Rental Programs at all Kerzner Branded Residential and Private Homes properties. These responsibilities include preparing the overall strategy for Kerzner’s rental programs, business development, implementation, and seamless integration at the properties with ongoing oversight and management of the Rental program performance, with a high degree of cross functional engagement.
The Director of Rental Management, Private Homes will be a thought leader and have a background in luxury hospitality and rental programs, with the necessary internal and external experience to develop the Rental business to maximize its full potential and meet the companies’ expectations and requirements for the continual growth of Kerzner International’s Branded Residences and Private Homes business.
