About the role
Do you have a passion for sales? Do you love exceeding targets and pursuing new and exciting business opportunities? Then our sales division is awaiting your application today As an Assistant Manager, Sales – Marine & Waterpark, you will be primarily responsible for converting group leads, allowing the groups segment to reach and/or exceed the departmental revenue and attendance targets. You will prepare all proposals and quotes, which must be sent out within 24 hours of the initial enquiry, in line with Atlantis Dubai standard templates. You will also prepare contracts and secure initial deposits related to the confirmed event, preparing any LPO to ensure swift payment is received.
You will also proactively help to drive sales activity to increase revenue across Aquaventure Waterpark, and prepare weekly sales reports to be compiled, detailing key achievements and market intelligence, whilst logging all sales under the proper attraction and sales channel in Galaxy
About you
The successful Assistant Manager, Sales – Marine & Waterpark will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in handling theme park/waterpark commercial business (DMC, corporate, third party, schools, or similar), or at least have a background working in hospitality sales. Experience in handling trade (B2B and B2C segments) is extremely advantageous.
You will also possess a flair for sales, holding a passion to increase all sales opportunities whilst applying your strong negotiation skills complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients. As well as having strong communication skills, with very good spoken and written English.
