About the RoleThe Private Homes Sales & Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support, manage Homeowner corporate communication, coordinate Private Homes Real Estate sales enquiries, coordinate Private Homes marketing and event activities, complaint handling, updating of the SAGA Private Homes CRM and provide functional support to Kerzner properties. . The role will have a level of cross functional engagement at the property and global office levels.The Private Homes Sales & Marketing Coordinator will ideally have a background in luxury hospitality and /or Residential real estate, to meet the companies’ expectations and requirements for the continual growth of Kerzner International’s Branded Residences and Private Homes business.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesStreamline Private Homes real estate and rental Sales & Marketing materials and campaigns in coordination with the Kerzner marketing team to ensure a consistent and concise message. Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns for Private Homes and Branded Residences, that are effective and timely. Manage, create and deliver regular Homeowner communication including newsletters. Co-ordinate Private Homes website content, SEO development and tracking analytics with the Kerzner marketing team and appointed agency to ensure all content is up to date and relevant. Co-ordinate Digital media channels and other social media posts in collaboration with the Kerzner digital marketing team, and respond to followers. Track Private Homes real estate sales leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth. Co-ordinate real estate sales leads/prospects that come via our internal sales channels – Website, Digital media, RSO’s and Travel Partners. Liaise with our preferred luxury broker partners on Kerzner development updates and market data. Manage Homeowner SAGA CRM updates and registration. Plan and organise Kerzner Homeowner and Community Events both at a brand level and property level. Oversee One&Only Homeowner Exchange Program. Other tasks as required. Internal Communication – Corporate Head Office, Property teams including Directors of Private Homes & Rental, Residence Managers, Sales and Marketing Teams External Communication – Kerzner Homeowners, Developer partners, Sales teams, Brokers and Agencies, Industry consultants Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field 3+ years’ experience in hospitality, residential real estate, or a related role Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation software programs Must be fluent in verbal and written English Excellent computer literacy required.
