Our newest opportunity is for a talented Visual Artist – Archictect II to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.
This position is responsible for facilitating high quality project documentation required for different design phases along with coordination of the architectural and engineering services on various projects.
Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Creating architectural and interior design illustrations to communicate design intend to clients.
- Creating state of the art, realistic, graphically compelling computer generated images using a variety of software programs.
- Assuring 3D output quality.
- Participating in creating digitals 3D models and rendering as well as development and production of schematic and design documents.
- Preparing 3D job scheduling and prioritizing.
- Assuring 3D modeling and animation.
- Preparing 3D rendering and final illustration.
- Performing other related tasks as directed.
- Staying current with development of graphics software and style.
- Being a mentor and supportive in the growth of the company.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
Proficiency using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photo-realistic rendering techniques.
Expert in use of follwing softwares:
- 3Ds Max, Rhino, Sketch Up, Vray, Autocad, Revit
- Lumion and Enscape
- Photoshop and Post – Production tools.
- Premiere and After Effects
