Responsibilities:

Providing IT solutions to the KEO organization while continually improving KEO IT’s internal standards and frameworks, through the following activities:
Solution Strategy
Support the strategic direction of KEO IT’s solution offering, through leadership of activities related to:
- Architecture
- Analysis and Modelling
- Innovation
- Internal Process Improvement
- Governance
Solution Analysis and Design Activities
Research, select and implement solution packages, through leadership of activities related to:
- Requirements analysis
- Industry offering analysis
- Business analysis
Software Development and Integration Activities
Develop custom software to support business initiatives and integration activities, through completion of activities related to:
- Software development lifecycle
- Software project management
Vendor Management
Delivery of external solutions, through:
- Requirements analysis
- Vendor Management
- Software project management
Client Service
Support the ongoing implementation and use of IT solutions, through:
- Customer engagement
- Customer service incident resolution
- Problem resolution
Technical Competencies
- Highly experienced in developing software using Microsoft Technologies
- Highly experienced in working with configuration control procedures
- Highly experienced in analyzing business problems
- Highly experienced in workflows tools such as Power Automate, Nintex or K2
- Ability to effectively identify, troubleshoot and fix detailed and complex technical platform errors and application issues
- Experienced in the administration and management to Solution lifecycle systems, such as DevOps
- Broad experience in the installation, configuration and operational management of off-the-shelf corporate systems
Operations / Project Management
- Ownership of solution configuration and change systems
- Ownership of “Solution Puzzle”
- Commitment to use of digital delivery work in hand systems
- Ownership of the use of digital delivery requirements analysis systems
- Plans and oversees the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
- Prepares and facilitates software vendor selection processes including writing Requests For Proposal (RFPs), Requests For Information (RFIs), coordinates and/or develops the vendor selection processes.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Provides written communications on project status. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
- Participate in business requirements analysis and business process re-engineering.
- Participate in systems requirements analysis and code reviews.
- Participate in the innovation, incubation and iteration of digital products.
Managing change
- Drives change initiatives. Ensures those involved in the change initiative are aware of their responsibilities.
- Remains effective and focused under high levels of sustained pressure. Remains in control and does not transmit stress to colleagues.
- Develops systems for monitoring and assessing progress. Ensures that the communication strategy for the change allows colleagues to give feedback.
- Coaches colleagues on the processes for evaluating the degree to which the change has been embraced and accepted. Implements and acts on the review of the process to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimun 5 years of experience in similar role, partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- At least 13 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft Technologies
- At least two (2) years of experience in dedicated management role
- Proven experience of translating business requirements into effective IT solutions in a complex business environment.
- Experience in working directly with development teams or third-party solution providers in delivering large scale/complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience in requirements gathering and in analyzing business problems.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Proven Experience in SQL/MySQL database systems
- Good understanding of data and schema standards and concepts
- Good understanding of database design, implementation, troubleshooting and SQL query tuning.
- Experience with core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and REST API
- Experience with jQuery or Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript frameworks, client-side Object Model (CSOM), PnP Power Shell, JSOM and SOA
- Good to have experience SharePoint Online and understanding of SPFx.
- Good to have exposure to Power BI.
- Good to have exposure to Azure SQL and NoSQL systems such as Cosmos DB.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of standard software used in engineering design and how they inter-relate/interact with other programs and peripherals
- Results-driven achiever with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Finds solutions that are acceptable to diverse groups with conflicting interests and needs.
- Experience in analyzing structured data and reporting findings
- Experience in requirements gathering and in analyzing business problems
