Job Summary:      Looking for a Human Resource Staff in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Support the recruitment and selection process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews as well as conducting background checks
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations as well as other HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Handle benefits administration tasks, such as enrolling employees in health insurance plans, processing claims as well as responding to employee inquiries related to benefits
• Assist in managing employee relations by addressing employee questions, concerns and conflicts, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Create and implement effective on boarding plans
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions as well as facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends as well as relevant employment laws to ensure compliance and proactively propose process improvements
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Develop training and development programs as needed
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelors Degree in a relevant course
• At least 2+ years of relevant working experience
• Must have a good understanding of the UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong knowledge of HR functions i.e. pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc. required
• Expertise in MS Office suite is a must, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong ethics and reliability
• Should be a good decision maker and problem solver
