Expand your career potential with a global consumer powerhouse with the soul of a start up by joining our Dubai office as Finance Planning and Analysis Manager within our MENAT Finance function. As a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible to lead the annual budget process for MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey) for both short term and long-term planning, report business results. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing our Financial Reporting tools, and performing various business analysis to drive profitable growth.

We are looking for an engaging leader to join our FP&A team to help guide our financial future and performance to deliver our business objectives.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• 
  Financial Planning & Analysis – You’ll manage the financial planning process across MENAT, including month-end, annual planning, long range planning, cash flow and the monthly forecasting process. Using your ability to constructively challenge business practice, you’ll think strategically, analytically and problem-solve.
• 
  Communication is key! – can you talk to non-financial co-workers and explain financial impacts? That will be important as a Finance Manager. We will need someone that can work with a variety of people and influence appropriately.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related with four-years’ experience in Finance (FP&A background required)
• Technical proficiency with Excel, Excel Modelling, and PowerPoint with ability to build detailed models as required
• Ability to interpret financial statements and working knowledge of GAAP requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly to all levels in the organization including a broad base of finance and business partners
• Self-starter, with effective time management and organizational skills that requires minimal supervision
• Ability to distil detailed and complicated concepts into executive summaries
• Ability to perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s values
• People management experience

• MBA / Qualified Chartered Accountant
