• Responsible for preparing work scope and schedule.
• Responsible for checking and listing the spare parts needed for the job and coordinating with customers for arrangements.
• Responsible for sourcing out tools and materials needed for the job and preparing purchase requisitions if needed.
• Responsible for coordinating with vessel Chief Engineer/Master for smooth execution of job on-site.
• Execution of work on-site and delegation of individual works to the technicians.
• Quality controller of the workmanship of his technicians.
• Responsible for sending progress, final service report, and closing job files.
• Responsible to take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safeness of other workers and himself.
• Perform related duties as assigned from time to time.

Skills

• Must hold Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Able to communicate and write in English with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Capable of paying attention to details, exercising good judgment, and accepting responsibilities
• Able to work with minimal supervision
