What will be your mission?

• Register all customers who arrive on the floor with the corresponding tool
• Identify the opportunity or stock of the client who already had a previous interaction with us
• Register in the tool the status of the client on the floor and give information to the client in case they need it
• Safeguard, register, and deliver documentation that arrives at the hub/centre from another team
• Invite all customers leaving the centre to answer the satisfaction survey

What are we looking for?

• 1 year of experience in receptionist role
• Arabic speaker
• Be proactive to solve problems
• Customer service, Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Strong organizing, customer oriented, proactive and time management skills
