YOUR MISSION

• Design and settle the HR agenda at a country level, in coexistence with a global agenda, contributing to its construction by adding innovative ideas and adapting it to the local culture
• Carry out the implementation of processes for the Hiring Plan, Staffing Costs and Employee NDS at the cluster level
• Acting as a focal point for the country on the following matters: Development, Talent, Training, Culture, Rewards, Employee Relations, among others
• Position the employer brand in the country, managing to attract and retain talent with adequate onboarding processes, compensation schemes in accordance with P&L and performance review cycles that allow achieving People’s objectives
• Develop and execute actions to promote an excellent work environment

WHO YOU ARE

• Dynamic and proactive person, with a hands-on attitude and high level of resilience
  Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with very good relationship and influence capacity
  Proven experience in companies with physical and/or digital operations with a regional scope and that ideally have experienced fast-scaling startups / high-performance culture
