Your next missions?

As part of the People Operations Manager you will lead all cross functions around onboarding, payroll and people operations.

• Creating and implementing policies, processes and structures to support a rapidly expanding business, including reporting on effectiveness of use metrics.
• Develop team education on international government employment regulations, Labour Law, and people & change management.
• Design and implement HR processes and policies, including onboarding, offboarding, colleague experience, etc.
• Lead in the analysis, strategy, and implementation of global total reward programs across the company.
• Identify and help solve organizational design, process, and workflow challenges to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively.
• Be an internal expert for global HR compliance, employment law, HR software, payroll, compliance, GDPR, etc.

You (ideally) have:

• 8-10 years of work experience in people teams, 5 of which are in People Operations.
• Worked in fast paced environments and worked in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of Excel that does not have any secrets for you.
• Analytic and synthetic skills that enable you to scan a huge quantity of datas to provide well structure conclusions
• Demonstrated your ability to communicate sensitive information
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
