Job Description
We are looking for experienced Site Supervisor
Responsibilities
Ensuring health and safety requirements are in order and complied with all sit the shop floor at all times.
Executing site activities and project implementation
Supervising work force at sites for the smooth and timely completion of the project overseeing production activities and proper execution of work allocated to the work force.
Ensuring and maintaining proper time records of staff at site.
Liaising with clients, Site Engineers, Production Engine and other team members of the clients’ for the smooth execution of work at site.Reporting to Production Manager with correct site measurements as perproduction details and drawings given for site executions.
Ensuring quality finish of all times.
Submitting regular reports of site activity to Site Engineer and maintaining strict discipline of site work force.
Ensuring all snagging work is attended to at the end of the project for a smooth hand-over.
Reporting daily progress on work completed at site to Site Engineer and Production Manag the progress of work to Production Manager and ensuring the timely completion and delivery of items to the site.
Maintain discipline among co-workers.
Coordinating with stores to ensure availability of all tools and materials to be used by the workforce.
Liaising with drivers for the delivery of finished products after proper inspection and packaging.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as Joinery Supervisor in UAE is a must.
