Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead one of our most successful Brand Teams based in Dubai.

The role will involve: –

Take full responsibility for achieving profitability and turnover targets across an arrange of clients through a highly skilled and motivated team. Provide strategic and relevant marketing insights to clients based on analysis of market research data, ensuring a high quality of work whilst deadlines are met.
Role deliverables:
Financial management:
 A major contribution to and responsibility for the growth and profitability of your sectors/clients as a significant part of TNS annual business plan
 Provide solutions to company barriers that are holding back profitability and growth in the relevant sectors
 Accountable for achievement of annual GM and profit results
 Strong proficiency in pricing for success and profit
 Responsible for bringing and managing 8-12m AED revenue
Proposal process:
 Generate RFP’s
 Accountable for overall integrity of proposal/pitch
 Design to the budget while maximising client spend
Project management:
 Proactively work with team and suppliers for process improvement to benefit client
 Responsible for the negotiations with client over changes impacting on original brief
 Responsible for ensuring materials meet client business needs

Number of people reporting into this role: 5-9 (JRE’s – AM’s) – depending on the size of the business; minimum (9 people)
Client target: Responsible for regional revenue targets
Client contact: Extensive contact with senior-level client service teams and external clients
WPP / Regional responsibilities: none
Knowledge and skills required:
Minimum skills and knowledge:
 Relevant tertiary education (B.Com / B.Bus Sci Marketing / relevant degree preferred)
 10yrs+ relevant experience in market research and analysis
 Management experience
 Knowledge of research processes and methodologies (quantitative and qualitative)
 Ability to advise on research methodologies and products
 Advanced Statistical analysis
 Data analysis and interpretation
