We are looking for a self-motivated Solidity Developer to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a certain business model, and building and launching a blockchain network.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the full life cycle of blockchain development.
• Map business requirements to blockchain system architecture and system module design.
• Work with the executive and engineering leadership teams to establish, execute and achieve business objectives.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the problem domain and work with the team to craft technical solutions.
• Craft code and review smart contracts.
• Analyze transaction and usage statistics to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
• Build smart contracts and back-end web services that interact with various blockchain technologies.
• Lead a team of developers to develop Backend solutions using cutting edge blockchain-powered applications by taking requirements and turning them into architected solutions.
• Maintain and update existing smart contracts to ensure they are secure, efficient, and reliable.
• Ensuring that the technical vision and timelines are met for all company-developed smart contracts.
• Collaborate with the development team to build applications that leverage the power of smart contracts.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the Ethereum ecosystem, including new features and updates to the Solidity programming language.
• Assist developers and DevOps team in troubleshooting code and environmental issues.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science.
• 2+ years of experience as a Solidity developer
• Experience writing high-quality, well-tested Solidity smart contracts.
• Expertise in building web services for highly trafficked web services.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing and writing clean, efficient code that follows best practices.
• Experience with Rust is a plus.
• Strong understanding of decentralized applications and cryptocurrency tokens.
• Understand blockchain-related mechanisms and underlying implementation principles and understand the blockchain protocols and principles of smart contracts.
• Development experiences in smart contracts (Solidity language) is preferred.
