About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A OpCo analyst. This role provides OpCo financial management, reporting and systems support to ensure senior leaders can make quick and accurate decisions over tactical spend
Main duties:
- Ensure Opco Mapping updated
- Work with Financial Controlling team to fix mis-postings
- Ensure effective operation of the monthly and quarterly accruals process by liaising with departments and Financial Controlling team
- Management the dash boards refresh process
- Coordinate monthly expense review sessions
- Attend OpCo review meetings with designated team members
- Collate forecast and cost correction updates
- Collate comments for report
- Work with Director/Senior Director to build monthly OpCo pack
- Perform basic analytics and build relevant bridges to explain movements
- Manage SUN system access (replaced by Oracle Financials)
- Work closely with Financial Controlling team to manage chart of accounts and hierarchies
- Support to rest of team – learning and growth opportunities
- Ad-hoc reporting as required
- Ad-hoc modelling and analysis as required
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance
- More than 5 years in a Finance department with cost control and accrual management experience
- Hospitality or Consumer industry is preferred
- Financial control and/or financial governance
- Experience of working with multi-cultural stakeholders
- Some financial analysis experience with report creation
- Cost control and accounting skills
- Financial systems knowledge
