About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Administrator to join our amazing team in Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for arranging, updating, engineering documents and the coordination with other departments.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are to:

• Responsible for coordination of the administrative support function with the engineering department and be main liaison with other operating departments
• Assisting the engineering coordinator in the administration of the department.
• Update documents regularly.
• Update and maintain CAFM records on daily basis.
• Coordinate with engineering team and residents for their maintenance appointments and schedule the work.
• Update and maintain resident apartment AMC / A la carte requests and documentation.
• Preparation of engineering reports as per DOE/CE instructions
• Be familiar with and comply with all relevant administrational policies, processes and procedures
• To perform other duties that DOE/CE may from time to time reasonably require.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Essential:

• College Level Educational Attainment or Diploma in administration or engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience preferably in a 5 star hotel.
• Ability to carry out all administrator works.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably female in order to have gender mix.
• Proficient verbal and written English
• Good report writing ability
• Organised and structured
• Ability to make independent decisions
