Job Description
- Prepares Internal Requisition if the material is available in Stock as requested by the project engineer to ensure that the material requirements are promptly attended
- Makes 0’ Value Purchase Requisition if the material is NOT available in Stock as requested by the project engineer
- Makes Dedicated Value Purchase Requisition if the material is NOT available in Stock & as received / requested by the project engineer to facilitate the necessary procurement
Requirements
- Educational, Professional and Vocation Qualification required
- 2 Years Diploma in Computer Science / I.T / Business Administration from a reputable institute
- Experience: Minimum 1 – 3 years in Inventory / Stock (Contracting Company / Trading Company / Automobiles Company)
- Familiar with utilization of Material Search Engine [SE] / Stock Checking
- Level and type of behavioural and functional competencies required
- Language – English, Arabic is advantage
- Computer Skills, i.e., ICDL Certification, Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, PowerPoint]
- Communication skills
