Job Description

  • Program & perform installation, testing and commissioning of the kitchen and refrigeration equipment at project site to ensure on time delivery.
  • Execute all works as per instructions and specifications to ensure 100 % compliance with the design and project specifications.
  • Inspect and analyze installed equipment to guarantee the highest quality of the product.
  • Perform and plan maintenance activities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness of work.
  • Maintain proper installation and maintenance reports for quality control purpose.
  • Provide customer focus service at all times to ensure their satisfaction in quality of service.
  • Perform all work in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system so to maintain zero value of accidents.
  • Perform equipment service, maintenance


Requirements

Expertise in the Maintenance and troubleshooting of Automated Catering & Kitchen Equipment, refrigeration, and walk-in chiller/freezer.
Experience in preparing and conducting Preventive Maintenance
Able to read and understand equipment manuals, circuit diagrams and drawings
Expertise in similar job role minimum 3 years
