Job Description
Coordinate with the employees on completing the necessary documents and signature required by the PR section for processing their labour cards (new/renewal)
Collect and forward all the completed documents and signatures of employees for e-work permit & visa cancellation, and follow-up until exit the country or change status
Coordinate with ticket arrangements for terminated employees to exit the country.
Coordinate for the listed employees in the selected professions to attend orientation programmes in Tawjeeh Centre as scheduled (between HCD & BUs)
Liaison with different Group Human Capital Teams regarding the queries /complaints received, ensure that prompt responses are provided to the staff.
Assist the employees to fill the relevant form / application for submitting to BU/Group Human Capital Division. (JAM Apps and Manual work)
Arrange & forward the employee personal requests (Tickets, Personal Financial Funding, Bank Accounts etc.) which doesn’t require BU approval to GHCD for further action Follow up and monitor attendance of Camp Based staff & update human capital division whenever required
To ensure with an announcement to Everyone if there are any circular memos being circulated.
Follow up and conduct investigations related to dispute cases in Camp confidentiality as per the HC management request
Supports all areas of the HC office and all HC team members, as needed
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university in Administration
Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Total work experience.
Minimum 1years of relevant work experience.
Language and IT Skills:
Bilingual, Spoken and written high proficiency (English is a must)
Advanced IT literacy.
