Job Location: Dubai, U.A.E.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a young and passionate HR enthusiast to take a dual role providing general HR administrative support across the group, along with HR compliances.

Job responsibilities:

• Act as an HR Business Partner for employees across the Middle East region.
• Manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organization including employee contracts, visa processing overseeing the payroll responsibility with the HR Payroll Officer, expenses, annual leave, etc.
• Ensure up to date Labor Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts within the business
• Lead by example and take on the responsibility of establishing a healthy and vibrant work culture across the regional office and teams.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Labor Relations, Law or Business Administration University Degree, or related studies.

Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
