Jubna Hiring for Digital Sales Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

Jubna is a Leading Content Discovery Network in MENA & Beyond.

We are seeking for a well connected Digital Sales Specialist– Digital Marketing to handle acquiring new international and premium clients. The candidate will join our team and should have at least a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in online media and agency sales.

Job description:

• Spearhead the expansion of Jubna Network within the MENA Region by successfully reaching out to potential partners.
• Strategically identify leads and opportunities, pitch Jubna to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new partners.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Work closely with the Sales team to develop pre-sale proposals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Lead day to day communication with partners by providing them with assistance with a focus on client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Manage the relationship with existing partners and successfully close long term partnerships.
• Work on integrations with both Demand and Supply-side external partners.
• Assist with critical requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key partners.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 2-3 years of online-centric experience in sales and digital marketing.
• Experienced in building relationships with both internal and external business partners.
• Able to creatively and strategically sell, with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Arabic Speaker Required
• With excellent client service and presentational skills, and strong negotiation.
