Knowledge and skill requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Trade Finance experience/ Banking Operations and Client Service together with up to date knowledge of current market practice.
The incumbent must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in to communicate transactional information and to resolve queries with both internal and external clients together with an ability to understand the client’s business environment to predict client needs and to provide appropriate solutions.
The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on a daily basis ensuring adherence to all risk control, compliance and regulatory policies
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to priorities, multi-task and manage own and others workload.
Experience of carrying out admin tasks (i.e. taking minutes; drafting reports / documents)
