• Leading a team that is responsible for a variety of CORE tasks and operate as point of escalation. Subjects considered CORE include but are not limited to:
  • On-boarding new joiners , in partnership with hiring managers in advance of a new joiner’s arrival
  • Off-boarding leavers, to ensure that all appropriate requests are raised in a timely manner and avoid all control concerns.
  • Managing transfers for personnel transferring into, out of or between teams within the CIB, in partnership with LOB managers.
• Coordination of ADHOC access and application requests Accountable for logistics and control focused activity in support of CIB
• Create, enforce, and maintain a dynamic control environment, mitigating risk in business processes
• Implementation of controls including consecutive leave, physical access management, business resiliency support, centralized policy & procedure
• Participate in various business ad hoc projects: Desktop modernization, unassigned seating, Role Based Access Controls.
• Active role in Real estate planning for the location – Planning and partnership with the Global Real Estate team for floor capacity and ongoing location projects. BSM teams will be responsible for the monthly validation and reporting in the location.
• Supporting role in Business Resiliency planning for CIB LoBs in location
• Strategic location planning – working with all lines of business to ensure that location planning requirements are proactively considered. Partnering with BSM Governance lead to ensure this is reconciled in firmwide tracking tools.
• Member of LORCC representing the BSM function and agenda in committee meetings.
• This lead role will be required to provide regular Executive Summary updates, both written and verbal.
