We are looking for a candidate to be part of the Regional deco project group and help in securing projects in MEIA for Jotun interior paint systems. Provide design and colour consultation service to architects and interior designers in the region. Build relation with all key interior designers to secure tight interior specs. Push for innovation/premium products/special finishes through the specification channel.
Develop the interior design concept, train Jotun staff in the region and units.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Initiate, develop, track and secure all top Interior Designers firms and their projects in MEIA Region by establishing their scope and time schedules, identifying key decision-makers, establish purchase criteria, and evaluate Jotun’s chance of success to arrive at an effective plan for resource deployment.
- Manage the design process by proposing color schemes, samples, mood boards and by showing commercial, contractual and technical expertise to support securing projects.
- Guide and consult clients/architects/Interior designers on design requirements and obligations in the development of a project in terms of color and creative paint finishes specifications.
- Promote new products and finishes by suggesting innovation products in accordance with Jotun’s products focus.
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales for new products, launches, designs of major retail multicolor centers to provide quality customer service.
- Conduct seminars, training sessions and presentations to the top interior designers/architects in MEIA Region, SEAP, US and Europe by providing authorized colour (NCS) training and updates on new trends to raise awareness of Jotun products.

Competencies we look for:
- Bachelor’s in Sales or Marketing
- 4 – 6 years of work experience
- Knowledgeable in: CRM, Autocad, Photoshop, and MS Office
