SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are in search for a candidate who will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through innovations, brand planning and execution of strategic marketing plans, as well as, gathering and prioritizing product and customer insights, defining the innovation strategy and work closely with Local Marketing & Sales, R&D and Purchasing to ensure goals are met.
This position is based in Dubai and reports to the Regional Category Manager (Decorative Interior) – Middle East India & Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Brand performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes and deliver full plans implementation in all Regional Jotun operations, in cooperation with Regional Retail, Marketing Communications and units.
- Being able to match our product portfolio to our target markets, identifying the gaps and deciding on corrective action or products needed, matching these needs with correct innovations.
- Manage portfolio positioning and pricing strategy for the Brand and drive implementation and assessment
- Leverage consumer insights to drive innovation within the Category
- Share information and communicate effectively internally in the company, ensuring the right flow of information between departments and countries for all the regional decorative products.

Qualifications:
- 4 – 6 years of experience in Marketing, Innovation or any related role.
- Bachelor’s / master’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Category, Brand and Product Management and Innovation experience is essential for the role.
- Project Management experience is essential.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills.
