What you will do:

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for demonstrating business process understanding to gain and assess user requirements to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet team/company goals. You will be part of a core team accountable for crafting, building, and maintaining the Service and operations platform and related technologies including the regional ERP for the Service and Installation departments.

How you will do it:

• Work with business partners to define and document user stories, existing and to-be business processes and functional requirements

• Deliver ERP, PPM & SMX(ServiceMax) solution platform updates as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing and release of improvements and projects.

• Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations with business partners

• Provide production support for ERP, PPM & SMX(ServiceMax) systems’ issues • Supply to crosmulti-functionaljects for technical development that involve integration between Oracle and other applications

• Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Stakeholders and Business Analyst.

• Accountable that technical solution design meets platform architecture guidelines. Provide feedback to the architecture community on architecture and design.

• Accountable that work meet requirements with regards to Software Quality, reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance aspects of the solution.

• Supports the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager on leading, tracking, and forecasting of solution development and delivery.

• Responsible for validating test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression, and test execution.

• Support governance and quality principles, methodologies and objectives

What we look for

• You will have a deep understanding of ERP, Engineering Design, Installation and Service operations processes & systems. (ERP – iScala , Oracle PPM & ServiceMax tools will be preferred

• We are looking for: an expert, customer focused Business Analyst to assist in building and providing the capability to deliver business performance through secure, streamlined and innovative technologies, platforms, and processes.

• The IT Business Analyst role is a key member of our Installation and Service Team and in this role, you will be part of a team that owns tools like (iScala, Oracle PPM & ServiceMax) from initial planning technical designs sessions to solution implementation, testing, deployment, production and maintenance. The IT Business Analyst role will work multi-functional to build solutions to support business process and data flows.

• You should be proficient in working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment requiring good communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of IT SDLC & Project Management experience

• Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).

• 3–5 years working experience with ERP, PPM & Service automation technologies such as iScala ERP, OracleFusion PPM Cloud, Oracle Primavera Cloud, SAP PPM/PS, Planview PPM/Enterprice One, Workfront or PTC Windchill PLM and ServiceMax for field service optimization.

• iScala ERP with Oracle PPM or Primavera and ServiMax experience together with PM capabilities is a PLUS

• Understand ERP, Installation and Service Business capabilities and limitations; clearly articulate those to partners.

• Solid grasp of overall sales, accounting and operational business processes, with in-depth knowledge of contract-to-“hand over” processes preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Well organized, results driven and eager to handle difficult problems

• Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams.

• Experience with system integrations and understand how to fix data discrepancies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate analytics findings various business teams.

• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies

• Experience in sizeable multinational corporations preferred. Has a demonstrable record on working in a cross-cultural environment. Ability to balance multiple regional projects successfully

• Acts independently to settle methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others. Geographic Attributes

• Base Location of Position: Dubai UAE

• Regional Scope: MEA in alignment with the EMEALA ERP, Service & Operations team.

• Global Scope: Enterprise alignment on ERP, Service & Operations processes and technologies

• Travel: Up to 10 % regional & global travel may be needed
