What you will do

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for demonstrating business process understanding to gain and assess user requirements to deliver coordinated solutions that meet team/company goals. You will be part of a core team responsible for crafting, building, and maintaining the Oracle/SFDC CPQ platform and related technologies for the Sales, Marketing and Pricing departments.

How you will do:

• Work with business partners to define and document user stories, existing and to-be business processes and functional requirements

• Deliver Oracle/SFDC CPQ and platform updates, designing, development, testing and release of improvements and projects.

• Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations with business partners

• Provide production support for Sales, Marketing and Pricing systems’ issues

• Supply to multi-functional projects for technical development that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications

• Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Stakeholders and Business Analyst.

• Accountable that technical solution design meets platform architecture guidelines. Provide feedback to the architecture community on architecture and design.

• Accountable that work meet requirements with regards to Software Quality, reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance aspects of the solution.

• Supports the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager on leading, tracking, and forecasting of solution development and delivery.

• Responsible for validating test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression, and test execution.

• Support governance and quality principles, methodologies and objectives

What we look for

• You will have a deep understanding of Sales , Marketing & Pricing processes & systems (Industry standard CPQ Tools – Oracle/SFDC preffered)

• We are looking for an expert, customer focused Business Analyst to assist in building and providing the capability to deliver business performance through secure, streamlined and innovative technologies, platforms, and processes.

• The Business Analyst is a key member of our Sales, Marketing & Pricing Team and in this role, owning Salesforce for sales, from initial planning technical designs sessions to solution implementation, testing, deployment, production and maintenance.

• Working multi-functional to build solutions to support business process and data flows.

• You should be proficient in working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment requiring good communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred :

• Minimum of 5-10 years of IT SDLC & Project Management experience • Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).

• 3–5 years working experience with CPQ technologies such as Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick), Oracle CPQ or Apttus CPQ

• SFDC or Oracle CPQ experience with PM capalities is a PLUS • Understand CPQ capabilities and limitations; clearly articulate those to partners.

• Solid understanding of overall sales, accounting and operational business processes, with in-depth knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Well organized, results driven and eager to handle difficult problems

• Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams.

• Experience with system integrations and understand how to fix data discrepancies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate analytics findings various business teams.

• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies

• Experience in sizeable multinational corporations preferred. Has a consistent record on working in a cross-cultural environment. Ability to mahandleultiple regional projects effectively

• Acts independently to resolve methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others. Geographic Attributes

• Base Location of Position: Dubai ; UAE

• Regional Scope: Primary MEA in matrix alignment with EMEALA Sales, Marketing & Pricing teams

• Global Scope: Enterprise alignment on Sales, Marketing & Pricing processes and technologies

• Travel: Up to 10 % regional & global travel may be needed
