Property Advisor
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends in Dubai
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals
• Manage contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions
• Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
