The Warranty Administrator handles warranty claims and supports recovery of debt from OEM’s
Description/Tasks:
Filing warranty claims with various OEM’s
Warranty invoicing with respect to the vendor’s credit memo.
Provide feedback to Planning and Sales with regards to their queries related to warranty
Prepare weekly MIS report – warranty invoicing and profitability.
Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate with 5 years’ experience in aircraft warranty administration
Very good understanding of aviation terms
Desired Characteristics:
excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good computer skills
Good understanding of aircraft warranty claims and terms
Understanding on accounting and accounts receivables
Good understanding of maintenance billing
English excellent
