The Warranty Administrator handles warranty claims and supports recovery of debt from OEM’s
Description/Tasks:
- Filing warranty claims with various OEM’s
- Warranty invoicing with respect to the vendor’s credit memo.
- Provide feedback to Planning and Sales with regards to their queries related to warranty
- Prepare weekly MIS report – warranty invoicing and profitability.
Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate with 5 years’ experience in aircraft warranty administration
- Very good understanding of aviation terms
Desired Characteristics:
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good computer skills
- Good understanding of aircraft warranty claims and terms
- Understanding on accounting and accounts receivables
- Good understanding of maintenance billing
- English excellent
