As Line & Ramp Services Agent you provide basic handling services such as porter service, delivery of luggage and cargo from/to aircraft in accordance with the highest standards set by Jet Aviation in terms of service, safety and quality.
Description/Tasks:

Fully adhere to all Jet Aviation and airport policies and all applicable laws and regulations

Provide a positive and professional first impression by exhibiting the proper demeanour, organization, and service level to arriving and departing guests.

Adhere to the department standards of excellence for exceptional customer service, grooming and dress code.

Increase customer satisfaction by understanding needs and responding quickly to them.

Assisting in towing and pushing aircrafts
-
Luggage handling
-
Toilet and water servicing
-
Car wash
-
Safe operation of Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
-
Follow the ISAGO rules set for airport operations.

Participate in the Safety & Quality Management System in accordance with the safety and quality policy and be pro-actively involved in a positive safety culture environment.

Identify and report potential hazards and near misses as well as occurrences as required by the reporting system.

Conduct all work in accordance with Jet Aviation’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures
Qualification/Experience:
Requirements / educational qualifications / work experience
- Minumum of ‘O’ level or Secondary School Certificate
-
2 years’ experience working with GSE equipment and or in the aviation field preferred.

UAE manual driving license mandatory

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Competencies – ability to work in a team, independently and under time constraints
- Knowledge of towing and pushback operations will be an advantage.
- Good English communication skills
