Jebel Ali School, Dubai, is seeking an outstanding, qualified Key Stage 1 Teacher, to join their leading British international school in August 2023 with the possibility of a Year Group Leader opportunity.

Jebel Ali School is a leading British Curriculum school in Dubai for students aged 3-18 years. Requirements

The successful applicant will:

  • Be a qualified Primary Teacher with appropriate teaching qualification (i.e. B.Ed. and/or PGCE Early Years / Primary Education with QTS or equivalent)
  • A full working knowledge of The National Curriculum for England and Wales and Early Years Framework and its associated assessment practices
  • Possess recent successful experience of teaching Key Stage 1 in a reputable primary school setting
  • Possess a strong focus on the pastoral care of children, understanding the balance between academic and social progress and support, as well as the ability to identify safeguarding concerns.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to both individual and collaborative professional development.
  • Be available to join JAS in August 2023
