Job brief we are looking for a driven Social Media & Paid ads Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users but one who knows how to run paid ads on social media and Google ad words as well. The candidate must know how to leverage data from social media and use them to target people on Google ad words. What does a Social Media & Google Ad words Specialist do? The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing and Google ad words roadmap. Social media & Google Ad words specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels, as well as how to run paid ads on google adwords, facebook, instagram and other platform.

specialist Proven working experience with Google Ad words and other PPC platform Proven analytical and reporting capabilities Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Fluency in English BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Given the current conditions

Candidates should possess the following:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Google, and Bing.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, ad content and optimize the user experience. * Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
