Reduced-Risk Products Brand Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
In this position, you will contribute to the definition, development and monitoring of strategic objectives and plans for the allocated Category (Reduced-Risk Products); manage, oversee and monitor the implementation of relevant initiatives in order to achieve Business and Category targets, in line with JTI HQ and Local Management priorities, Brand Guidelines, A&SP Budgeting Milestones and Legal requirements.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Contribution to RRP/Ploom plan
Contribute to the A&SP (Annual & Strategic Plan) process by defining RRP/Ploom Objectives and Strategies, translating HQ and Local Management directions into plans and actions and proactively addressing new business opportunities
RRP strategic insights
Constantly monitor Category qualitative and quantitative performance and recommend the necessary strategic course corrections to achieve business targets
RRP Brand Activation
Execute Brand plan and supervise its high quality and timely implementation shaping an effective Consumer Ecosystem via an omnichannel approach, including consumer communication, loyalty and referral programs, trade communication, consumer education in own retail and events Ensure that developed brand communication including POS materials is in line with local legal regulations as well as with global JTI guidelines through consultations with the Legal Department
NPD development
Manage product development initiatives through the PLM system in cooperation with the NPD team: new product development, limited edition packs, packaging communications and cost/delivery efficiency improvements Ensure effective communication and alignment between Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, BG and Regional Packaging teams across JTI
Own Retail
Plan and lead RRP’s own retail establishment in cooperation with PPO, Sales, Legal, HQ and 3rd parties in accordance with the Masterplan Set target KPIs for each own retail POS, monitor and report their performance
Budget
Execute the budget. Provide input for planning the budget according to the agreed Masterplan Monitor and control the brand budget lines (consumer/ trade activation, own retail & events) regularly in order to ensure optimal ROI
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
You have University degree Fundamental knowledge of marketing principles 3 years of experience preferably in an international FMCG company in the brand management area Fluency in English Strategy Development Skills, Decision Making, Analysis & Problem-solving Communication & Negotiation Skills, Financial Skills Process/Project Management experience Development of future innovation Corporate commercial initiatives, New Product Launches / Development Production & Logistics Management, Brand & Portfolio Management, Brand Communication Consumer Marketing Knowledge, Pricing scenarios and analysis, Business insight PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP
