➢ Passing the important documents and collecting it from clients like cheque, authorization letter etc..
➢ Greet Visitors & callers, handle their enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons, according to their needs, and escort them to the appropriate office.
➢ Handled all bill payments like Etisalat, electricity bill.
➢ Managing all the office inventory according to the needed quantity (papers, vouchers, filing etc..) .
