Property Admin Cum Accountant

Responsibilities: –

  • To manage rental property
  • Preparation of tenancy contract
  • Ejari registration
  • Listing of vacant properties in web portals
  • Handling viewing of prospective tenants
  • Rental negotiation with clients
  • Coordinate with third party agents
  • Move in and move out procedures
  • Timely serving of renewal notice
  • Handling of PDC’s
  • Managing maintenance issues of tenants as per contract terms & conditions,
  • Accounting of rental property account including VAT.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 2 years
  • Attested Degree Certificate
  • Rental property managing with accounting background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
