Key responsibilities / Main job tasks
- -Primary job tasks, responsibilities and deliverables of the role- :
- Generating customer invoice, Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final Invoice.
- Submitting Invoices to customers via Web portal, Emails and couriers on daily basis.
- Ensuring that Invoice requirement’s, Customer requirements and other details are kept up-to-date.
- Resolving Invoicing errors, Fixing Invoicing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
- Assisting with finance, supply chain, Sales staff
- Assisting to prepare account statements for customers with Receivables team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic accounting math, Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax Rules in UAE.
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
- Familiar with accounting software
- Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices
- General administrative skills, including managing emails and accounting books
Qualifications
- Graduation, finance or relevant field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language required – English
- -Level- Read/Write
